Nextgen Pixelworks ("we," "us," or "our") developed Colorshort (the "App") as a free, ad-supported game. This page explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By downloading or using Colorshort, you agree to the collection and use of information described here.

This policy applies only to Colorshort and not to any other apps or websites we may operate.

We do not require you to create an account to play Colorshort. The information collected falls into the following categories:

3Advertising (Google AdMob)

Colorshort displays ads through Google AdMob to keep the game free to play. AdMob may collect and use data, including your advertising identifier and device information, to serve ads — including personalized ads based on your interests — and to measure ad performance.

AdMob may use the following types of data for ad delivery and measurement:

• Advertising ID / IDFA (iOS) or Advertising ID (Android)
• IP address and approximate (city/region-level) location
• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Ad engagement events (impressions, clicks, view duration)

4Analytics

We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand how players use Colorshort so we can fix bugs and improve gameplay. These tools collect data such as:

• App opens, session duration, and screens/levels viewed
• Device and OS information
• Crash reports and performance data
• General, non-precise location (country/region level)

This data is aggregated and used to improve the App's stability and features. It is not used to personally identify you.

Colorshort is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it. Where required, our ad partners may serve only non-personalized, contextual ads on content directed at children, in compliance with applicable laws such as COPPA.

8Your Choices

• Opt out of personalized ads: Adjust your device's ad settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads on iOS, or Settings → Ads on Android) or visit Google Ads Settings.
• Reset your advertising ID: Available in your device's system settings.
• Limit data collection: You can disable app tracking permissions in your device settings at any time.
• Uninstall: Uninstalling the App stops all further data collection by it on your device.

9Data Security

We rely on industry-standard security practices provided by our third-party service providers (Google AdMob, Firebase) to protect data transmitted through the App. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
